Your Surgery is working within its Contract

Please see the letter below from our Surrey Governing Body explaining our GP Contract and Patient Face to Face appointments, making clear we are working within our contract.

If you are:

  • Offering patients access to your practice via phone/online and your reception is also open,
  • Offering patients F2F appointments based on your assessment of clinical need following a discussion between the clinician and the patient,
  • Offering on-line access to a proportion of your appointments,
  • Offering a discretionary e-consultation (or equivalent) platform which only need be during core hours, and,
  • Providing information about your services via your Website,

then you are complying with the terms of your contract.
